Honorable Warrior

Dew stood in the realms boasting to all around him the glories and power of the Infernal Order of D'Sar. Soon the Stygian Temple put in their two cents, which did not please the Barbarian. Dew continued his boast mocking the Sytigan Temple and how weak they actually were. The fight of words continued for hours, to which there was no victor. Dew who was nothing but a citizen in the Infernal Order who was nothing when compared to his former glory argued consisetenly against the sorcerer Sparky. Sparky is a high ranking member of the Stygian Temple, while Dew remained domant and stagnent after leaving the Brood and only degrading when he joined the misfits... Sparky continued on his training, his hide was expressly tough even amongst Draconians. Dew's skin was weak and he has only retained a portion of the muscles that once bulged forth.
Yet Dew continued to spout the end of the Stygian Temple, for they sat in their temple and practiced this magick that Dew has no real understanding for. Finally when the words between them were done, Sparky challenged Dew to a fight in the Arena. Dew laughed at this, believing he was as strong as he used to be. He said to himself, " I fight in the arean? Why doesn't he just face me in a real battle. " But shrugging it off, he headed for the arena.
Dew couldn't see Sparky for the Sorcerer was a master of the shadows, yet he smelled Sparky. Dew rammed in that direction with a powerful bash, stunning Sparky. Dew slashed with his swords, making cuts and gashes in the hide of the Draconian. Dew thought he was doing great, the damage he was inflicting would have made a normal sorcerer drop to thier knees in pain. But Sparky continued trying to cast his spells. A few spells were cast, others Sparky was forced to stop reciting because of Dew's bash. After time inciting the rules of the Arena, Dew stopped the battle.
Sparky boasted back to Dew saying that was the strength of magick. But Dew knew better, there was no power in Sparky's magick. Dew finally learned that the cowerdice sorcerer had a hide tougher than Dew had ever encountered, although Sparky's magick was weak it was more than impossible to harm the Draconian. Both sides were to full of thier ego's to give in to one another, so they kept argueing. Sparky stated that his magick was beyond superior, while Dew being the loser of the battles stood his ground still stating that it was the durable hide of the Draconian. " Even with weak magic you can remain because normal attacks don't hurt you so. " Exclaimed the Titan barbarian Dew.
Finally Sparky left on a journey of his own, now alone in the town of Kjeldoran Dew spoke with his Lord Darkstar. He said to him " I have dishonored you M'Lord, I have lost in a battle against the Sorcerer Sparky. I am ashamed at what I have let myself become. Grant me another chance to prove my Valor to thee once again."
Darkstar said to Dew, " Tisk tisk my old chum, you are not the warrior you used to be. You rested and dwindled your years away. I have faith in you, as I always have. You are one of my greatest warriors, although a defeat in the arena is a harsh thing to take... especially to the Stygian Temple. You must look at this experience and rise up, learn from the mistakes. Hone your sword skills, train your body to accept more punishment than you can imagine. Strengthen your body. I will not grant Citizen Dew another chance, but I shall grant Dew the D'SARI KNIGHT ANOTHER CHANCE." Darkstar exclaimed.
Dew was amazed Darkstar didn't take the defeat as a dishonorable act. But as a chance for Dew to improve himself. Darkstar even granted Dew the rank of a Knight, which amazed the titan. Dew spoke to Darkstar once more.
" M'Lord your words honor me, I must go at this time. I shall train myself. I will train my body to the durability of mithril. I shall train my skills to that beyond a grand master. I will defeat Sparky when the day comes. This to ye M'Lord is not only a promise.... I bet my life upon it. When the time comes, I will either defeat Sparky or drop the Stygian Temple to ruins..... Or I forfeit my life."
With that said Dew went out on a journey to train himself for the next battle.

Death to the Intruders

Dark and lonely was the day. The Infernal Order sent troops to neighboring lands. Only a skeletal crew was left to man the massive tower stronghold. Of these were the great bishop Naythyn and the barbarian Dew. It was quiet.. almost to quiet. The two were walking around the town of Kjeldoran waiting for action. For it had been seen that a few members of the 9th Circle were walking around. It peeked the interest of the Barbarian and Bishop. The 9th Circle were one of the weakest factions the Infernal Order has encountered. Foolish being wielding rusty weapons and clad in scant leather. For being such a weak faction, they were fun to hunt. So the hunt began, hours past and no sign of them were found. They wished their Commodore was there for Kurgan is a Paladin and an expert tracker. So they wondered through the morning and into the afternoon. When suddenly they heard a magical page to all those belonging to the Infernal Order " An enemy has circumvented your maze and is in your halls! "

With excitement for action and complete curiosity Dew recited a magical scroll to return him to the hall. He looked around and was amused at the fact that Entriedes of the 9th Circle was standing at the Infernal Order's potion merchant. He took great pleasure running up to the gnome Bishop shouting a warcry heard through all the realms, shaking the Tower Stronghold in the process. Dew slammed into the bishop, bashing him. This was a blunt attack to stun the enemy and at very least prevent them from casting complicated spells. Dew continued to bash while Entriedes was in awe of Dew's strength, unable to do anything.

Meanwhile Naythyn thought nothing of it, probably just a goblin being sleek and stupid. But then Naythyn heard Dew's warcry, he casted his own spell of recall. Naythyn knew were Dew was just by following the sound of that clumsy titan running and slamming into thing. He walked in to find the 9th Circles bishop Entriedes half dead by Dew's massive blades. Dew appeared to be unscathed in the endeavour, yet Naythyn's only thought was to protect his Stronghold and defend his partner. He called upon his unholy Gods and his holy flash ripped at Entriedes. Entriedes yelped in pain, but could not excapt from the duo. He was trapped with nowhere to go.

Dew knowing he had the oportunity stepped back a little and entered a berserking rage. He bashed into Entriedes as hard as he could. The sounds of bones breaking rang through out the hall. Unable to withstand the pain Entriedes was stunned. Dew's weapon skills went into full motion slashing and hacking with Entriedes unable to defend. Naythyn knowing the time was near let go anothing Holy Flash, the Bishop Entriedes couldn't take it anymore. The flash not only tore away armor and flesh, but seperate the soul from the body. Entriedes hit the ground dead.

Dew and Naythyn were quite satisfied. The intruder was killed, and their thirst for blood was quenched. After the death, Dew butchered the body. Making steaks for the hounds. He also butchered the body to make Entriedes soul scream out in pain for it knew the fate of the body it used to possess. Dew and Naythyn cackled gleefully offering one of the steaks made availabe to the 9th Circle, which they did not accept.

Nightfall came and yet no more action was seen, but this was okay. For the hounds were fed, and another vicotry insignia was sewn onto Naythyn's uniform. Dew's lust for action was subsided. So a feast was held to all that remained in the Stronghold, and a letter was sent to those on the field of the actioned incurred that day. Commodore Kurgan even was happy, as he sat at the drawing table seeing what he could do to strengthen the Strongholds defenses. A 9th Circle warrior should never have been able to make it near our Tower, and to enter it was just not acceptable to the Commodore.

Of Skulls and crossed bones... One shall lead them

D'Sar entered the new Grand Hall to much pomp and circumstance. The D'Sarian Battle Hymn played triumphantly throughout, by the Trans Demonic Orchestra off behind in the bandshell. The stage was elevated above the onlookers as he made his way up to it flanked by guards, D'Sari Knights and a regiment of troops. His new uniform was sleek and black leather. It was a tunic that zipped up along the left side of his chest. Blue and Grey piping covers the trim. On his left breast, the red shield D'Sarian star imbedded crest of the D'Sari. On the right shoulder, an 8 inch wide blue sash draped from the epaulette reaching down to mid waist adorned with medals, rank and insignia. Blue was the color of Command ranks. His collar was banded, with an opening at the neck. This opening, similar to the collar of a minister, made way for a handsome broach, encrusted with jewels. His pants were form fitting, sleek and cashmere tucked into knee high polished Dragonscale with piping to match the tunic.

Upon reaching the stage, all the forces to his disposal stood at attention holding salute until he reached the podium.

He motioned for all to be seated as he peered over the podium. With a proud look, he began to speak.
"Members of the brood, warriors of this fine clan, my brothers, my friends. Today is a proud day in D'Sarian Lore. Today, one of you will lead us. Today, from within, one of you will rise to the highest position in our clan. Today, I will bestow upon one of you, my brethren, all the graces at the command of the D'Sari!"

They applauded him greatly, with deep admiration. Many had speculated on whom it might be. Some even had laid wagers on who it was. Some thought it may be Orin or Kurgan or Duragon or even Dew who recently returned to the bard, who like Orin, left the brood during the height of Towers heyday, yet the desire for bloodshed was too strong to resist one would suppose. All of these warriors were former Leader's of clans gone by, yet today would mark the first leader of a new Reich... a new time of honour. A new hope for evil in the realms.

"My friends, when Alfred was the Oracle for that brief moment in time, he foresaw another great campaign in which we were greater and more fearsome than ever before!!" The crowd roared its approval as he continued, "In the past weeks, with the acquisition of many more to the fold, both faces old, new, and deeply missed, we have caught the wave to a new time of darkness in the realms!"

With that, they cheered again as his speech went on. "I have never been more proud as what you have made me recently. We have shown our enemies countless casualties, many victories and shown them that the Infernal Order of D'Sar is a name synonymous with fear and a force to not only reckon with, but to bow down to!"

The roar of the crowd was deafening as he spoke with passion. "Now it is my great pleasure to bestow the rank and command colours of the rank of Commodore of all our mortal forces to one I could think of no less deserving than my old friend... Captain...or should I say, COMMODORE Kurgan! Three cheers for him, by brothers!!"

With that, they went wild! Some were shocked, others were not surprised, yet all were elated as Kurgans massive skeletal form dressed in full uniform over his bones, made his way to the stage. He bowed to his deity, took the color sash which was then affixed to his uniform. Kurgan stood tall and proud at attention and saluted.

The night continued on, as Kurgan made an acceptance speech, including issuing promotions of his own for his Squadron Sinister. As celebrations went on, somewhere in the realms the enemies either felt fear or loathing...or both.

New Blood, Former Glory

In the older days when the Brood was first created, it sweeped through the realm like tidal wave. No Clan, Guild, or Faction could stand against them, both alone or in alliance. The Brood was unstoppable, yet there was discomfort in the Brood. Many felt as if their skills were useless and void. Many brothers and sisters left, and abandoned the Brood. The great Leaders Kurgan, Orin, and Garrett had left for better purposes. Kurgan and Orin had completely left, while Garrett had seemed to just disappear into far away lands, returning ever so slightly. Kurgan's name seemed to fade from history, yet Orin remind hidden but always around. These were bad times for the Brood, Leaders and members were all gone. The halls were empty yet, save for a few individuals.

Months past and Kurgan the Dark Paladin had returned to the lands once again. He spoke with the Lord Darkstar, and was granted back into the Brood yet he held no title of Leader. Kurgan tried to bring back former ties and strengths, but it was to no avail. All those with darkened hearts cared not for the Brood, or it's Lord. They all fell victim to the weaker clans with a more reputable title. This couldn't continue any longer. It was time for something to happen, something new. It was time to show the mud the true power of the Tower.

The Lord Darkstar had a plan devised. Yet his plans remained secret, for he had small glimpses into the future. Within the time of struggle and weakness, he was going to bury the name of Tower, and the Brood. He was going to bring up the great Infernal Order of D'Sar, an old thought but newly revised. What happened he had devised his plans, couldn't have gone any better.

Darkstar decided it was time to lay rest to his Commander the Dark Paladin Kurgan. Without the Commanders knowledge Darkstar pulled the life from the already undead bones. A ceremony was held, and Kurgan was buried with full D'Sarian rights. Nobody knew what killed off the Commander, and everyone was afraid. What could have possibly snuck into the Tower and killed a great Paladin such as he? The mere thought of it started to cause minor Chaos in the realm. Clans begun to fall, Alliances were broken. Not even the Chaotic Warriors were prepared for the Chaos that befell the realm.

All Clans, Guilds, and Factions had fallen. New groups were starting up. The once leader of the Silent Raven Duragon, begged for the Lord Darkstar to allow him safety within the walls of the Tower. Lord Darkstar granted the request, demanding that Duragon preached of a new reign of darkness. To recruit new members into the Infernal Order of the D'Sar. Litte to everyone's knowledge, the flow of events fueled the Darkstar's plans even faster than he expected. Famous names that faught against us swore allegience to the Infernal Order. Heroes that once sword to destroy us, joined our ranks. The Order started to bloom, yet they didn't quite have a grip to seize the power.

The Lord Darkstar in his ultimate Stealth gave life back to the old Commander Kurgan. But said nothing to him, it was quite some time before the Kurgan made his way back to his home. Kurgan came back to what was an empty Tower, and lay in rest. Knowing not this was of the D'Sar's plans. When he awoke, he found Duragon and other members. The old Commander reswore his oath to the Infernal Order of D'Sar, and was raised to the rank of Captain. With the new blood of old members, the clans strength grew.

Later amongst the months Kurgan came across Orin, who had come out of the Shadows to be amused by the Chaos. Orin had forgotten his past glories, and followed Kurgan back into the ranks of the Inferal Order. Orins magick skills assisted in educating our members. When the return of Orin was known through the realm, Volrath and Beregost returned. Once a mighty Sorcerer and Telapth they had slightly fallen in their departed times. Yet the swore allegiance back with the Order. With new equipment and a new sense of pride in who they are they helped in being a backbone for the Order to lean on.

With a more known presence in the Realm others of lesser names swore their allegience. One of them had a darkened heart from the beginning, as his training of a thief he killed a Bishop loyal to the Order. Yet we did not bring forth vengeance, for we knew he was a strong pupil in training. We knew he must join. We watched him grow, from the ranks of a thief, to a mercenary, and then finally to an assassin. His renown was known through the realm as a loner, yet he reached the mindset of a Hero to those not worthy of such a title. With clever tongue he joined our Ranks. The Assassin Drizzt may not be a name known of old, but it will certainly be a name known from this present to the future.

With the old and new blood, the Infernal Order thrives. Never is there a time when one is not seen, never is there a time when one is not working to make us thrive more. As we continue to advance, and new blood is added... New victories will be written down in the scribes books, uncharted territory will know of us before we come. For we are the Infernal Order of D'Sar, and it is that very reason that our members will fight and destroy all that oppose us. It is our legacy, not just our dream. It's not only a wishful thought, but an ongoing mission that will never stop again.
